Qualification Purpose: 

The Focus Awards Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Skin Science and Clinical Aesthetic Procedures (RQF) is a qualification specifically aimed at learners who which to undertake clinical aesthetic procedures in the beauty industry. Upon completion of the qualification, learners will understand the anatomy of the face and be able to provide a range of treatments.

Age Ranges- Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners should be aged 18 to undertake this qualification.

Geographical Coverage: This qualification is available in England.

Learner Entry Requirements: Learners must have previously completed and achieved a level 3 qualification in beauty therapy and a level 2 in skin care and facial treatments.

Qualification Structure

To achieve the Focus Awards Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Skin Science and Clinical Aesthetic Procedures (RQF) learners must complete all mandatory units to achieve a total of 91 credits.

Level 4 skin peels

Level 4 skin needling

Level 4 IPL skin rejuvenation

Level 4 Blemish removal using Diathermy and Cryotherapy

Level 4 Skin anatomy

Level 4 Core aesthetic and practice

Level 4 advanced skin science

Level 4 Dermaplaning 

Level 4 investigative consultation

Cost £3995- Payment plans in place. This course requires assignments and assessments to pass. £595 to enroll payment plans in place, remaining balance divided and paid over a monthly payment plan, Students must complete home study and assignments to pass this course
